Handling Time

We strive to have our orders processed within 7 working days of receiving your order. Each product is made to order and during busy periods handling time may be delayed. If any delays are expected you will be contacted. If you have any questions regarding your order,please email info@hellsbellshomemadecandles.co.uk


We ship weekdays (Monday-Friday) We do not ship on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) We do not ship on bank/ postal holidays.


Shipping & Delivery

Hells Bells Homemade Candles use many different shipping methods, including the Royal Mail. You will receive a confirmation email when we have received your order. You will receive a second email confirming shipment. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide Hells Bells Homemade Candles with the correct delivery address. Hells Bells Homemade Candles will take no responsibility for lost items if you have provided the wrong delivery information.


Parcel tracking is available to us as a company via the courier and is only live for 3 months. If this has expired and you have failed to contact us within the 3 month time frame then we will be unable to assist you in your enquiry any further. 


Damaged Goods

Here at Hells Bells Homemade Candles it is our aim that each of our products sent to our customers arrive in the highest standard. Should you receive any item that you are not satisfied with, you must contact us within 48 hours. Email us info@hellsbellshomemadecandles.co.uk

In the email please be sure to provide your order reference number and contact details for you. Furthermore, please submit supporting evidence of any problems. Should your items be badly damaged, we recommend that you do not accept these from the courier.
